Sun Peaks Resort

The mountain trio of Tod, Sundance, and Morrisey encircle Sun Peaks’ slopeside, pedestrian-only village. The resort’s interior BC location provides frequent bluebird powder days. Choice abounds with 144 runs, long cruisers, deep steeps, incredible tree skiing, and an enormous top-to-bottom terrain park. Check out the immaculately groomed Nordic trail network, head out with a team of Alaskan huskies on a dogsledding tour, or enjoy evening snowshoeing and fondue tours.

  • Feb 23, 2025: “Beware snow boarders!! The get off ramp for the orient chair is steep and fast and short. I fell and hurt myself, the lifty did not stop the chair even though I was completely in the way writhing in pain and when I asked 2 skiers in the official blue jacket they ignored me and skied on. I am an expert and former instructor, I do not fall easily. I would avoid this chair.” 0
  • Feb 7, 2025: “Excellent ski town with fantastic/handy facilities all close by. We had all that we needed and more! Family friendly. Awesome restaurants and cafes the food is sensational everywhere, just book ahead so you don’t miss out. Great mountain to ski we experienced both bluebird days and powder days. Would definitely return. Also bear in mind the daily temperature, extra layers when required on the mountain and focus on maintaining your warmth on your feet, hands and face. Can get very chilly.” 1
  • Jun 20, 2024: “We had a lovely night here. We stayed in the Sun Peaks Grant Hotel and it was very comfy. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was really nice. The town was very quiet as it was off season, but we still had a nice time here.” 2
