Sandy grew up in Winnipeg , lived in Ottawa , then Alberta before retiring to the Shuswap.  Art and creating have always played a big part of her life.  She loves working with acrylic and acrylic ink but has also taken courses in watercolour. The Shuswap is such a beautiful and artistic place to live which has greatly inspired her.  Joining the Blind Bay Painters has also been an inspiration.
